Dr Shorer, I wanted to let you know of the problems I have had with the on-line course. First is that some of the question on the quiz are not covered in the text or videos of that section, I sometimes get the incorrect transcript of the video, getting a prior video's transcript rather than the one I am presently watching, I also had a problem today when I attempted to take the quiz and without me attempting a single answer the quiz was marked finished by the website, and I received 0 points as I did not answer any question. I will not move further with the course, and would request a refund if I could. I have taken many course on-line and actually received my Master degree with an on-line university but I cannot finish this course. The set up is erratic, the topics covered are jumbled in historical order, going back and forth in the same section. I am very disappointed in the entire course and how it is presented online. In its present functionality I cannot recommend it to anyone
